Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii has released the Yuji Horii AI game: a free interrogation adventure made with AI assistance in roughly 30 minutes.
What is the game?
Titled 取調室の小宮 (Komiya’s Interrogation Room), the Yuji Horii AI game is playable directly in the browser. The player takes the role of a police officer interrogating Komiya, a 72-year-old former locksmith suspected of a pawnshop vault robbery.
Komiya lies in some answers, and the player must confront him with evidence to expose inconsistencies. Emotional parameters such as “agitation” and “resistance” exist; if resistance reaches 100, he falls silent. The final rating depends on how many lies were uncovered.
Context
Horii, also known for The Portopia Serial Murder Case, commented on X that in the past he did everything alone (story, art and code), but now AI lets him create a decent game simply by instructing the tool. The game is available via a Claude.ai artifact.
