The Division 2 now has official dates for the Echoes of Central Park expansion and for crossplay. Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment confirmed the DLC for November 3, 2026. Crossplay will turn on in stages from November 10, starting on PC.
What happened?
Echoes of Central Park is the next paid expansion for The Division 2. Ubisoft says it is about twice the size of Battle for Brooklyn and opens the Upper West Side and Central Park. The campaign again faces the Cleaners and Black Tusk and adds three companions: Brayleigh Callahan, Elwood Franklin and Morse Feeney.
The pack includes six new skill variants, the Ratel exotic weapon, extra gear and a darker endgame. The tone revolves around a distress call from the park.
Crossplay will not flip on for everyone at once. On November 3 the client adds the toggle, still inactive. On November 10 PC players migrate to the new environment. Mid-month, if servers hold, PlayStation and Xbox join. The rest of November is for fixes ahead of Season 4.
Why it matters
The Division 2 was not built for crossplay. Ubisoft had to rebuild part of the online architecture. Clans grow from 50 to 100 members and can mix platforms. Duplicate clan names across PC and console get a temporary name. Leaderboards reset.
The feature is on by default, with an option to disable it on the character select screen.
