Marvel's Wolverine is the only single-player game in Circana's US top 10

Marvel's Wolverine ranked seventh on Circana's US weekly active users chart for the week ending September 19, GameSpot reports. It is the only single-player game in the top 10, between Marvel Rivals (6th) and Minecraft (8th).

What the numbers show

Circana tracks weekly engagement, not just launch sales. Live-service titles usually dominate. Marvel's Wolverine, a PS5 exclusive that launched September 15, broke that pattern this week.

Earlier Alinea Analytics estimates put sales around 1.9 million copies and about $130 million in three days, with roughly 22.9% of revenue from physical copies. Sony has not published official sales. Those figures are third-party estimates.

Why it matters

Insomniac's game drew mixed reviews and post-launch tweaks, including toned-down scent trails. The active-user ranking still suggests players are sticking with it beyond launch week on a PlayStation chart led by live service.
