The first official LEGO Dragon Ball set is here: LEGO and Toei Animation revealed Icons 11390 Dragon Ball: Shenron & Goku. It has 1,764 pieces, costs $179.99 (£129.99 / €139.99) and is aimed at display builders 18 and up.
What is in the box
The model recreates Shenron rising from the seven Dragon Balls. The finished dragon stands about 32 cm high, 24 cm long and 26 cm wide. The head, arms and legs are poseable; the body is more static. The base holds all seven balls and the classic series logo.
The set includes a Kid Goku minifigure with a tail, orange gi, a new hairpiece for the spiky look, the Power Pole and the Kintoun cloud. You can place him flying or standing beside the dragon.
Release window
LEGO Insiders get early access on November 1, 2026. General sale starts November 4 at LEGO Stores and LEGO.com. The set is exclusive to LEGO’s own channel.
Why it matters
Dragon Ball has long been one of the most requested licenses among LEGO fans. The company frames 11390 as the start of its partnership with Toei. Senior VP of product Federico Begher called the set “just the beginning.” Collector reports suggest a Dragon Ball Z theme may follow in 2027; that has not been confirmed in the official press release.
