Jensen Huang AI: NVIDIA CEO Says Stock Turbulence Will Pass, Everything Is Just Beginning

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that the recent turbulence in AI stocks will pass because the technology is transformative and the process is only at the beginning. The remarks came in a Bloomberg interview in Berlin.

What happened?

Huang said: “All of this is going to pass, and the reason for that is very simple. It’s going to be transformative. It’s going to impact in a very positive way every single industry and every single country. There’s no question it will continue, and we’re at the beginning of that.” He emphasized that daily news does not change the fundamentals and that returns from massive hardware investments will ease market concerns.

The statement follows a turbulent week for chip and AI infrastructure stocks. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell for eight consecutive days, the longest streak since 2008, and NVIDIA shares dropped in seven of the last eight sessions. Investors worry about the sustainability of AI spending amid higher borrowing costs. CoreWeave, backed by NVIDIA, was particularly hard hit.

Why is this important?

Huang is one of the most influential voices in AI and hardware. His long-term optimistic view contrasts with bubble fears and reinforces the narrative that demand for AI accelerators remains strong. NVIDIA is central to the global build-out of artificial intelligence infrastructure.

He has repeatedly urged investors to focus on first principles and fundamentals rather than short-term volatility.

What changes in practice?

For the market, the comments signal confidence that the correction is temporary and that AI hardware investments will generate returns. Companies and developers can continue to rely on NVIDIA as a key supplier of chips for training and inference. The statement does not change short-term data but reinforces the outlook for sustained growth.
