Santa Monica Studio confirmed on the PlayStation Blog that pre-orders for God of War Laufey open Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. The game launches February 16, 2027 on PlayStation 5 and is the first mainline entry with a protagonist other than Kratos: Faye.
Pre-order bonus
Anyone who pre-orders either edition before launch gets the Last Wish Armor Set, the Phranque Golden Leaves cosmetic and an in-game resource pack. Last Wish can also be unlocked in the campaign; pre-ordering grants it early.
Digital Deluxe Edition
Deluxe is digital-only and adds the Dark Alchemy Armor Set, Blade, Bow Scales and Catalyst, another resource pack, a digital mini artbook and the official soundtrack. Standard ships physically and digitally. Official prices were not listed.
Faye and the Serpent Bow
New footage shows the Serpent Bow switching between dormant and ready states, mixing ranged and melee, and accepting Scales with distinct perks. Precision aim extends draw distance; Faye can store up to five arrows for a volley.
