Football Manager 27: Sega opens store pages and brings back cup draws and Deadline Day

Sega and Sports Interactive opened official store pages for Football Manager 27 on Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Microsoft Store on Monday. At the same time, Sega Japan published the second Football Manager 27 feature video, “A Deeper Football World.”

What is coming back in Football Manager 27

The headline features of Football Manager 27 are the return of cup draws and Deadline Day. Agent offers stay visible on the recruitment screen throughout the window and ramp up toward the close. Younger players also put more weight on playing time.

The Football Manager 27 news feed has been rebuilt. Recommendations sit separately from a worldwide transfer stream. The season now includes club previews, mid-season check-ins, job speculation and title-race previews.

Menus and data

Club, competition and nation screens have been redesigned. Heatmaps return, along with a full-screen career history and a quick-flick team switcher. Sports Interactive also points to a squad cost-ratio rule.

Price and an exact Football Manager 27 launch date are still unannounced; the confirmed window is November 2026. An earlier studio FAQ said there will be no Nintendo Switch or Xbox One versions.

Why it matters

Football Manager 27 is trying to make the world beyond your club feel alive again after an uneven cycle. PC players can wishlist the game while they wait for price and a locked date.
