LISA DualSense pre-orders open today; US merchandise collection delayed

Pre-orders for the LISA limited-edition DualSense wireless controller opened on Friday, October 2, 2026, on the date Sony set when it announced the collaboration on September 21. The controller is still scheduled for October 30, in limited quantities, at $84.99, ¥12,480 (tax included), €84.99 or £74.99.

The same day, the PlayStation Blog posted an update that changes the US plan. Because of unspecified delays, availability details for the LISA x PlayStation merchandise collection on direct.playstation.com will be shared later. The controller itself remains on pre-order today, direct from PlayStation and at participating retailers worldwide.

What is on the controller

The edition uses a Chroma Pearl colorway, described by Sony as LISA's personal favorite. The touchpad carries her bangs and eyes, plus stars and the LL initials. The collaboration follows last year's global PS5 campaign, in which the Thai singer had already appeared with the brand.

In a statement on the blog, LISA said she games when she has time to relax and that she added details meant for fans. That is a statement from the artist, not a sales or stock figure.

Where to reserve, and what changed

  • In the US, controller pre-orders started at 10 a.m. ET on direct.playstation.com. The apparel and accessories collection on that channel, which was also supposed to open today, now has no date.
  • In the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, controller pre-orders opened at 10 a.m. local time on playstation.com/store/hardware.
  • Some merchandise is still listed for October 23 on LISA's official Amazon store, according to the original blog post. The EP Press Play remains announced for the same date.

Sony has not said how many units were allocated to each region, or whether the US delay affects other countries. So far, the notice treats the delay as limited to the US merchandise collection.
