Thunder Lotus delays At Fate's End out of 2026 and releases a Steam demo

Thunder Lotus Games moved At Fate's End out of its 2026 window and into 2027. The studio behind Spiritfarer also released a PC demo on Steam. Gematsu recorded the change on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, based on the studio announcement.

What changed

There is no date inside 2027. What is confirmed is the exit from this year's calendar and a demo already available on Steam, on app 2210150. The full game remains planned for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC, on Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Microsoft Store.

In the studio's description, At Fate's End is an action-adventure in which you fight the ones you love and the skill tree is the family tree. The lead is Shan, heiress of the Hemlock clan, with the sword Aesus. Duels are against estranged siblings, mixed with narrative puzzles.

The studio did not say, in this announcement, why the game slipped, or whether the demo represents the final combat. Game Pass, mentioned in earlier project communications, was also not restated in Tuesday's note.
