The Xiaomi 18 Fold led AnTuTu's September ranking of Android flagships, with an average above 4.62 million points. IT Home reported the result on October 9, 2026, citing AnTuTu's official list.
What happened?
The foldable, launched on September 7, is the first phone with the Xuanjie O3, Xiaomi's own high-end SoC, also called Xring O3 in English coverage. According to IT Home, the 18 Fold's average beat other flagships with the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Elite and the Dimensity 9600 Pro.
The phone has a 5.38-inch outer screen and a 7.58-inch inner screen, a Leica triple camera and prices in China starting at 10,999 yuan. Listed configurations run from 12 GB + 256 GB (10,999 yuan) to 16 GB + 1 TB with LPDDR6 (14,999 yuan), plus a ceramic special edition at 15,999 yuan.
Why it matters
Xiaomi introduced the Xuanjie O3 in August and describes it as an AI flagship SoC. The company says the chip reached 5.22 million on AnTuTu in a lab test and was the first flagship SoC to pass 5 million. That figure is not the September average: the public list measures phones in use and came in above 4.62 million.
- CPU: ten big cores, six super cores and four big cores, up to 4.35 GHz.
- Multi-core: Xiaomi cites more than 15,000 points and a 60% gain.
- GPU: 16-core G2-Ultra NX, third-generation ray tracing, 85% higher performance and 64% lower power, according to the maker.
- Timeline: Xiaomi says development took 459 days.
What changes in practice?
For anyone comparing phones, the chart indicates that a Chinese in-house chip finished ahead, on the September average, of devices with Qualcomm's and MediaTek's top platforms. AnTuTu does not measure games alone: it combines CPU, GPU, memory and user experience. A high score does not guarantee the best battery life or the best screen.
The GPU and power claims are Xiaomi's statements, not an independent test reproduced by Geekiki. IT Home also does not publish, in this story, the full table with each rival's exact score.
