In combat, Lily alternates between the Sweet Dream and Nightmare states, dealing area damage and healing herself and her allies. Her signature weapon is the 5-star pistol Lullaby.

Version 3.8 continues the main story with Chapter IV, Act V, “A Bouquet for Tomorrow”, introducing the Soul Train, a train carrying the spirits of people sacrificed during the Resonator War.
