Warhammer Survivors has a date: November 10, 2026. Auroch Digital, the studio behind Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, announced the launch on the PlayStation Blog on Tuesday, October 6, and confirmed the window on X as well. The game is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PC (Steam and Microsoft Store), iOS and Android, plus Game Pass, according to Gematsu's report of the announcement.
The listed price is $7.99, £6.39 or €7.49. Pre-orders are already open on PS5, and PlayStation Plus members get a 10% discount. A demo is available now on PC.
What the game is
Made with Games Workshop and poncle, the team behind Vampire Survivors, it is a survivors-style roguelite: hordes, pixel art and iconic characters from Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar. The known roster already includes Malum Caedo, the Space Marine from Boltgun. Auroch says there will be more than 40 playable champions in total.
The two characters revealed today
Designer Ellie Harrodine used the official post to introduce Morvenn Vahl and Lyssa Revenya.
- Morvenn Vahl is High Abbess Sanctorum of the Adepta Sororitas. In the game she strides in a Paragon Warsuit and uses the Heavy Bolter Fidelis, which can trigger a miracle and raise its rate of fire. The evolution, Purgator Mirabilis, unlocks the warsuit's missile launcher.
- Lyssa Revenya comes from the Mortal Realms: a thief, tomb-robber and member of the Saviours of Cinderfall. Her starting weapon is the Rope and Grapnel, which fires hooks from the edges of the screen. When it evolves, she summons the ghost of Rhea, a former ally and mentor, as a damaging spectral fog.
There is still no full list of the 40-plus champions and no confirmed post-launch roadmap. What is locked in is the date, the platforms cited in the announcement and the launch price reported by Gematsu.
