Shadow of Mordor Switch 2 is official. Aspyr confirmed that Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition and Middle-earth: Shadow of War Definitive Edition arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 30, 2026 — the first native Nintendo versions of the Monolith games.
What ships
Both editions include the original DLC packs. The Nemesis system remains intact. Reports say Shadow of War's Garrison works offline on Switch 2 for the first time.
Price
The Shadow Bundle lists at $69.99 and is $34.99 on pre-order. Separate pre-order prices are $9.99 for Mordor GOTY and $24.99 for War Definitive. Shadow of War is listed at about 73 GB with touch support.
Warner Bros. closed Monolith in 2025 and holds the Nemesis patent until 2036. Aspyr did not detail resolution or frame rate for Shadow of Mordor Switch 2.
