What happened?
NVIDIA RTX Spark has arrived in stores. Windows notebooks with the RTX Spark superchip (Blackwell GPU + Grace CPU) have been available since mid-October 2026 from brands like ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and MSI.
Models offer up to 128 GB of unified memory, up to 1 petaflop of AI performance (FP4) and full support for the NVIDIA AI, CUDA and RTX stack. Prices start from around US$ 2,399 to US$ 2,599 depending on configuration.
Why does this matter?
RTX Spark represents a new category of PC: a portable device capable of running large AI models locally (up to ~120B parameters), rendering massive 3D scenes and playing AAA titles at 1440p over 100 fps, all without fully relying on the cloud.
This benefits creators, developers and gamers who want privacy and low latency for personal AI agents, content generation and development.
What changes in practice?
Popular games like Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite, Gears of War: E-Day and many others already have support, including DLSS. NVIDIA also optimized tools like GitHub Copilot, llama.cpp and NVIDIA Broadcast for the platform.
Launch events took place in cities like Berlin, San Francisco, Beijing and Seoul, with hands-on demos. The Arm-based architecture of the SoC marks an expansion of NVIDIA in the Windows ecosystem.
