NVIDIA announced this Thursday (22) Minerva, a new AIOps platform aimed at AI factories.
What is NVIDIA Minerva
Minerva connects telemetry from GPUs, networks, storage, schedulers and AI workloads, applying machine learning models to detect anomalies, predict failures and correlate events in real time. It builds a dynamic knowledge graph that maps infrastructure and running jobs, allowing issues to be traced even in clusters with hundreds of thousands of GPUs.
The platform includes a native AI assistant and can connect to external agentic tools, enabling natural-language queries about cluster health.
Why it matters
In large-scale AI factories, a degraded component can slow entire jobs. Minerva helps teams shift from reactive to proactive maintenance, maximizing yield (GPU hours, goodput and token production). Partners like IREN already use the platform, and companies such as IBM, Tesla, Lambda and others plan to adopt it.
Dell, Lenovo and Supermicro will offer Minerva in their AI factory operations portfolios.
