Magical Sisters Lulutto Lilly released the main trailer for its second cour. The split-cour original returns on October 4, 2026 at 10:30 p.m. on TOKYO MX, plus ABC TV, TV Aichi, BS NTV and AT-X.
What happened?
Bandai Namco Filmworks and Studio Pierrot posted the promotional video for the second half. It previews the new opening “Swingin' Magic” by K-pop group ILLIT and the ending “Dream a la Mode” by the in-universe unit LuluttoLilly — CompatoLilly (May Tachibana) and MashuLulu (Nao Ojika).
ILLIT already sang the first opening, “Bubee.” The Japanese single “Swingin' Magic” dropped on September 21, 2026, with a Korean version the same day.
Story
Magical Sisters Lulutto Lilly follows sisters Fuu and Rui Nonoyama, who drift apart and receive magic that lasts only one year. Each transforms into an older idol and performs in the same group without knowing the other's secret.
It is the sixth Pierrot Magical Girl title and the first in about two decades after Fancy Lala. Shintaro Doge directs; Yuko Kakihara writes. Cour 1 ran from April to June 2026.
