Mabinogi Mobile gets Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration: five playable sorcerers and events until December 3

Nexon released a collaboration update between Mabinogi Mobile and the anime Jujutsu Kaisen on November 5. Players can transform into five sorcerers from the series and fight using each character's skills — the first time transformation items have appeared in a Mabinogi Mobile collaboration.

The five playable characters are Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Satoru Gojo and Kento Nanami. Each transformation unlocks the character's basic attacks and one exclusive active skill: Itadori's Black Flash, Fushiguro's Chimera Shadow Garden, Kugisaki's Straw Doll Technique: Resonance, Gojo's Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void and Nanami's Ratio Technique, with unique voice lines and effects.

To transform, players use the Jujutsu Kaisen Collab Transformation Trial Box, earned from the collaboration events. Gojo's transformation, for example, removes his blindfold while Unlimited Void is active.

Four events run until December 3

Four commemorative events run until December 3: Attendance, Daily Training, Cumulative Login and Reach the Strongest. Rewards include the shikigami pets Divine Dog: Totality and Nue, accessories such as Gojo's blindfold and Nanami's glasses, rebirth appearances like Sukuna's facial markings and Gojo's Six Eyes, and titles such as Special Grade Sorcerer, Vessel of Sukuna and The Strongest Sorcerer.

The town of Dunbarton has been decorated with a Jujutsu Kaisen theme, including gates, walls, bamboo and a central collaboration logo, plus a photo booth with special frames. The My Home feature adds figures of the five sorcerers, cursed tools, plush dolls and themed wallpaper.

Collaboration outfits are also available, such as the High-Collar Jujutsu High Uniform and the Ryomen Sukuna Outfit, obtained from a Lucky Box with collaboration-exclusive Fashion Tickets.

Availability by region

The collaboration arrived in the Korean version on November 5 and in the Taiwanese version on November 4. In Japan, where Mabinogi Mobile launched on October 7, the featured collaboration is with [Oshi no Ko], also from November 4. No announcement has been made for other regions so far.

Developed by devCAT and published by Nexon, Mabinogi Mobile is an MMORPG that brings the world of Mabinogi to mobile and PC, with cross-play between platforms. The game won Game of the Year at the 2025 Korea Game Awards.
