Lisuan LX 7G100 drivers near Day-1 for Phantom Blade Zero and new games

Lisuan LX 7G100 drivers are advancing quickly. Lisuan Technology, the Chinese GPU maker with its proprietary TrueGPU architecture, released a new driver for the LX 7G100 that includes startup fixes for the wuxia action game Phantom Blade Zero and other recent titles.

What happened?

Pilot Release 30.0.2260.896, published on October 29, 2026, contains 58 changes: 43 fixes, 13 performance optimizations, and two new features. These include FreeSync control in the Lisuan eXtreme software and hardware decoding support for MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video.

One of the main fixes addresses a startup issue in Phantom Blade Zero, which launched the same day. Other titles receiving compatibility improvements include F1 24, F1 25, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Star Wars Outlaws, The Witcher 3, Halo: Campaign Evolved, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered.

Why it matters

The LX 7G100 is a 12 GB GDDR6 GPU built on a 6 nm process with a fully proprietary TrueGPU architecture, independent of NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel IP. It was the first Chinese GPU to earn Microsoft WHQL certification, enabling distribution via Windows Update. Official retail pricing in China is around 2,688 yuan.

Reaching near Day-0 support for AAA games is a milestone for independent manufacturers, as it shrinks the incompatibility window that often deters players from lesser-known brands. Recent updates already total more than 125 changes in roughly one month.

In practice

LX 7G100 users can download the driver from Lisuan’s official center. Performance still trails an RTX 4060 in most titles, but the card offers 12 GB of VRAM and modern APIs (DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.2, OpenGL 4.6). Rapid support for both Chinese and Western games strengthens China’s push for technological autonomy in the GPU sector.
