Rockstar Games released the GTA VI Launch Trailer on October 15, 2026, just over a month before the November 19 launch. The roughly 90-second video, captured entirely on PlayStation 5, deepens the story of Jason and Lucia in Leonida.
What does the trailer show?
The GTA VI Launch Trailer begins with Jason reflecting on his army past and receiving a call from Lucia in prison. A rapid montage then mixes moments of the couple's relationship with robberies, police chases, helicopters and criminal actions. The score is by the French electronic duo Justice, debuting the song “Flower in a Hurricane” feat. Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
Rockstar confirmed the game arrives November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with best performance on PS5.
