Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition is out on PS5 with Echoes of Sekigahara and Most Wanted

Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition is now available on PlayStation 5. Sony Interactive Entertainment and Sucker Punch Productions released the narrative expansion Echoes of Sekigahara, the combat survival mode Most Wanted, and a package that bundles the main game with the cooperative content on October 1, 2026. In some territories in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, patch v.2.0 arrived on October 2.

PlayStation highlighted the release again on October 4 with a video in which Atsu introduces the expansion and a direct link to the complete edition in the store. The original date announcement was posted on the PlayStation Blog on August 12.

What the complete edition includes

The Complete Edition costs $69.99 and includes the main game, Ghost of Yōtei Legends (online co-op for up to four players, with a raid), Echoes of Sekigahara, Most Wanted, the in-game Digital Deluxe Edition content, and the Charm of Hokkyokusei. Online multiplayer still requires PlayStation Plus.

Owners of the base game can buy the digital Complete Edition upgrade for $14.99. According to the PlayStation Blog, that upgrade adds both paid additions. The expansion and the new mode arrive via patch and require an internet connection and a PlayStation account.

Echoes of Sekigahara and Most Wanted

Echoes of Sekigahara is the story expansion. Sony describes a narrative split between the present and flashbacks to Atsu's time on the mainland. In the announced plot, Nagato, a figure from Atsu's past, arrives in Ezo.

Most Wanted is a solo combat survival mode, separate from the campaign. The edition also includes Watanabe Mode tracks, new Photo Mode stamps, additional New Game+ cosmetics, and trophies for the expansion and the mode, according to the Complete Edition listing.

The game remains a PS5 exclusive. No PC version has been announced.
