FF EAI Robotics unveils FF OmniMind, the unified AI brain for all robots

CONFIRMED: FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem (FFR) has unveiled FF OmniMind, the brand for its unified AI brain, at the company's first Investor Day, held on October 26, 2026, in New York. The announcement came alongside the completed acquisition of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric's robotics business, closed on October 23, 2026.

According to the company, OmniMind brings together foundation models, motion control and skills in a single AI brain, following the philosophy “One Brain, All Robots; Multi-Forms, Multi-Capabilities.” The idea is that the same brain works across different robot forms, tasks and scenarios, and supports a shift from task-specific autonomy toward more general autonomy — a stated company goal, not a demonstrated result.

The deal creates a Nasdaq-listed company focused on humanoid and bionic Physical AI robotics, organized in a four-core ecosystem: AI brain and developer platform, devices, industry productivity solutions and a data factory. In leadership, YT Jia becomes CEO, Jerry Wang executive chairman and Chen Shi lead independent director.

In numbers, the company expects October sales and shipments to exceed 300 robots, a monthly record for the acquired business, and cumulative sales and shipments to pass 1,100 units by the end of October, at positive unit gross margins. For the first time, FFR gave full-year 2026 guidance: about 2,000 robots sold and shipped, on a standalone basis, meaning it includes the period before the acquisition.

At the same event, FFR announced three strategic partnerships: with KYA GROUP, aimed at U.S. government and institutional markets; with California Science and Technology University and Boston International Business School, to create the BIBS-FF-CSTU Joint Robotics Lab; and with Pinnacle, a Southern California brokerage, for real estate and home security solutions.

COMPANY STATEMENT, not fact: the long-term projections are the company's own and carry significant uncertainty. The five-year plan projects revenue of about $45.2 million in 2027, with 7,400 devices sold, and cumulative revenue of about $1.98 billion over five years, with 133,000 devices. The release itself warns that these projections are not guarantees of future performance.
