What happened?
Originally launched in October 2016, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 continues to receive support. The free update brings new Login Bonus Rewards, Special Costumes, and an update to the Gallery of Time (available for those who own the Future Saga Chapter 4 DLC). Source: official Bandai Namco announcement.
The Final Festival of Universes allows players to raise camaraderie levels with Trunks, Supreme Kai of Time, or Fu, unlocking special illustrations. Hard-to-find items return, and players earn 25 times more Star Coins than usual to exchange for rewards in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
Rewards for Xenoverse 3
Participating in the festival can grant a new commemorative Gi and a medal. Possessing either item allows unlocking special items in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 (planned for 2027) by linking a Bandai Namco ID. More details on the official site.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The 10th anniversary update is free for all owners.
