Dolphin 2609 NetPlay is now on Android. Release 2609 opens networked multiplayer on phones and allows rooms with PCs.
What happened?
Each device runs its own copy while Dolphin syncs inputs. Desktop had this for years; Android gets official Dolphin 2609 NetPlay now. ARM and x86 JITs may still desync some titles. Stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet is required.
Why it matters
Couch split-screen games can now run across cities. Update to 2609, open NetPlay, host or join.
