2CRSi wins €60m order for 83 NVIDIA HGX B300 servers

2CRSi announced on November 3, 2026, a binding order worth more than €60 million from Exaion for 83 NVIDIA HGX B300 servers, plus associated storage and maintenance services. The announcement is CONFIRMED: it comes from 2CRSi's own official press release, not from a rumor or speculation.

Partnership since 2021

The two companies have been partners since 2021. 2CRSi contributes high-performance server design and manufacturing and immersion cooling technologies, while Exaion works in digital infrastructure, cloud and advanced computing. Exaion currently operates four data centers in France and Canada and aims to reach 300 MW of capacity, with 20 MW operational in 2027.

Delivery schedule

The schedule is tight: the first 17 units will be delivered this week, 33 more by the end of November and the final 33 by the end of December, completing all 83 units by the end of 2026. According to 2CRSi, the servers will be assembled in France, which the company presents as proof of its ability to deliver latest-generation AI infrastructure quickly.

Private inference and digital sovereignty

The strategic goal is to expand Exaion's offering from model training to private, on-premises inference. In practice, that means running AI models inside the customer's own infrastructure, keeping data under its own control — a central point of the digital sovereignty argument behind the partnership.

In the release, Fatih Balyeli, chairman and CEO of Exaion, said private on-premises inference is a priority for companies that want to use AI without giving up control of their strategic data. Alain Wilmouth, chairman and CEO of 2CRSi, highlighted renewed confidence from customers and suppliers and the delivery of more than 80 servers by year-end.
